After you watch the cruelty done to the animals that end up on our plates, you’ll find both the information and the food somewhat hard to swallow. Maybe we all can’t be vegetarians, but we all could at least make an effort to eat less meat and more vegetables instead. Besides, it’s a healthy alternative…
