Since i’ve made plans to move out of the apartment and into the barracks, i’ve been trying to eat up what little food I have left in the pantry. Just so happens I had a big container of Quaker Oats, so for the last two and a half weeks i’ve been eating oatmeal for breakfast, sometimes even dinner. I just had my bloodwork done and they said my cholesterol dropped from 225 to 185. (I know, I know, that’s still high, blame it on the rice).
I’ve heard it in commercials before, but didn’t really believe it until now… oatmeal does lower down your cholesterol. And it’s cheap too… haha, bring on the steak!!! :)
